Accreditation
Congratulations! Once your Assessor has verbally confirmed that your service has met the matrix Standard, the Accreditation Body will provide you with your report within 10 days of your Assessment.
Now you are Accredited you can use the matrix Quality Mark on your materials (these may include recruitment adverts, promotional leaflets or letterheads) to demonstrate you have achieved a nationally recognised Quality Mark in the provision of your information, advice and guidance service.
The Accreditation Body will provide you with a disc with the Quality Mark on and a set of guidelines to help you use it appropriately. You can find out how to contact the Accreditation Body by clicking here. You will also receive your Accreditation plaque and certificate which you will probably want to display with pride.
