Develop
an action plan
Once your review is complete and you have built up a picture of areas for attention, you can then flag up tasks, issues for consultation and decisions that need to be made.
The purpose of the action plan is to identify any gaps either on the delivery side or the management side of your information, advice and guidance activities, and set out step-by-step what you need to achieve by when.
