2009 Winners
Intraining Group Ltd
Intraining was established in March 2008. They used the matrix Standard and mapped its elements to the requirements of the Common Inspection Framework (CIF) and from this the company’s mission statement and objectives were framed. Internal communication was regarded as a key factor in preparing for matrix Assessment and a driver of business development and use was made of workshops and internal champions to map progress. The Company gained matrix Accreditation in September 2008.
Intraining used the matrix Standard to undertake a number of developments which included: mapping the links to the Common Inspection Framework as the catalyst for developing the company’s aims and objectives, enabling company-wide Accreditation in a short period of time and continuing to use the Standard to drive up performance and put in place tailored systems and processes; using internal champions to maintain the impetus of the matrix Standard, recognising the use of the Standard as a contributor to achieving outstanding Ofsted grades and bring about cohesion and direction to create ‘one’ company.
