NVQ Training & Consultancy Services
NVQ Training & Consultancy Services is a private sector vocational training and consultancy company based in Birkenhead, Merseyside, operating principally in the health and social care field.
Effective IAG delivery forms a core part of the company’s winning formula, and it places equal importance on the IAG it provides to staff, as on its external IAG service to clients. It achieved the matrix Standard in July 2006 for both its internal and external IAG provision.
The matrix Judges picked out the company as a fantastic exemplar of integration between the matrix Standard, effective IAG practice and commercial business success.
On the matrix Journey, the company has learned to engage staff much more effectively and empower them with information to develop themselves and grow the business. It realised the value of IAG in the recruitment process as a marketing tool. It overhauled its approach to staff induction, support and performance review, building internal capacity and seeing referrals increase. It responded to client feedback and as a result created a whole new approach to customer relations.
During the last year, the number of NVQ learners has grown from 450 to 700, turnover is up 100% and staff morale has never been higher.
