Using your Registered matrix Adviser
You may have chosen to use a Registered matrix Adviser during you initial Journey in gaining the matrix Standard, however they are able to assist you further in both working towards your Accreditation Review and supporting the continuous quality improvement of your service.
Registered matrix Advisers can offer the following services to organisations Accredited to the matrix Standard:
- Ongoing advice to support preparation for Accreditation Review, including help to complete the Request for Assessment for the Accreditation Review.
- An update in relation to use of the matrix Standard for new and existing members of staff.
- Interpretation of use of the matrix Standard, for example to prepare for an application for the matrix Excellence Awards.
- A workshop for members of management and/or delivery staff to cover all the elements of the matrix Standard.
- Workshops, as required, to cover individual elements of the matrix Standard.
- Advice to individuals or groups within an organisation to assist their understanding and awareness of the matrix Standard.
- Wider consultancy to promote and assist ongoing implementation of continuous quality improvement.
