Nigel Hunt Nigel has considerable experience of working with the voluntary and community sectors and with Further Education. Nigel’s background is in performance management initially in the world of housing, but now across a much wider spectrum. His time is currently divided between Assessing for the matrix quality standard for information advice and guidance services, assessing other quality standards such as Charter Mark and PQASSO and advising organisations on quality standards and developing quality assurance systems. Nigel also has a background in human resource management. He was for two years a senior Manger of a community based organisation working with young disaffected people and longer term unemployed individuals and has direct experience of working with the provision of information, advice and guidance. Nigel is a Member of the CIPD, has an MBA and MA alongside a post graduate qualification in HR Management and Training. Nigel has been an Adviser and Assessor for nearly four years and brings a wealth of experience from a wide range of activities to assessment and advice.
