Feedback

If you have feedback on the Register of matrix Practitioners or any of the material it contains you should direct this to ENTO using Feedback Procedure outlined below.

Feedback on Registered matrix Advisers

When you use the services of a Registered matrix Adviser you are entering into a contract with them and not with ENTO. However, ENTO is responsible for the quality assurance of the Registered matrix Advisers and we therefore welcome feedback from customers.

If you have comments about the service delivered by your Registered matrix Adviser you should discuss it with them. If you are unhappy with the service you have received from your Registered matrix Adviser, you should raise your concerns with them to see if your issues can be dealt with simply.

If you wish to make a complaint you should ask for details of the Registered matrix Adviser's own feedback or complaints procedure. In most cases your complaint will be resolved satisfactorily.

You can also provide feedback to ENTO by following ENTO procedure outlined below.

ENTO Feedback Procedure

You can:

  • Speak to a member of ENTO staff in person or by phone
  • Write to ENTO with your views
  • Complete the feedback form online or download a copy and return it to ENTO

Please tell us:

  • Details of your compliment, suggestion or complaint
  • Your contact details

We will:

  • Deal with your suggestion or complaint in strict confidence
  • Pass on any compliment to the relevant person
  • Consider any suggestions for improvement
  • Deal with any complaints promptly
  • Respond within five working days to let you know the action we are taking
  • Within 10 working days we will write to you with a full report of action we have taken or to let you know of the progress we have made

Following every matrix Assessment ENTO will invite you to provide feedback on your Registered matrix Assessor. If you have comments about the service delivered by Registered matrix Assessors you should contact ENTO Ltd.
